CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancel online up to 24 hrs before appointment time to receive full refund.
* All payments are forfeited & non-refundable herein after:
- All cancellations within 24hrs of appointment time will acquire a late cancellation fee of $35 that will be IMMEDIATELY applied and required in order to book additional appointments
- There is a 15 minute grace period, any arrivals more than 15 mins late of their scheduled appointment will be IMMEDIATELY charged a $25 late arrival fee and appointment may need to be rescheduled.
- All No Call/No Show appointments forfeit previous payment. A new deposit is required for additional bookings.
